At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere for years to come. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
